Originally from a well known consultancy in the region, the founding members of OE Cam deliver organisation effectiveness for their clients by helping them meet the challenges of tomorrow’s organisation.

OE Cam needed a new visual branding to make it clear what they provide and to differentiate them in a highly specialised market. They are a well-established group of individuals from diverse backgrounds with up to 30 years experience in organisation behaviour change. With a long list of blue chip clients, they wanted to position themselves as the thought leaders sharing their insights and different perspectives on organisation behaviour.

For this complete brand transformation we developed a new logo that is a contemporary adaptation of a droplet showing multi-facets. Working closely with the client to understand their brief, the links to Cambridge were reflected in the blue colour palette. The new identity was then applied consistently across online and traditional media, including the new website featuring an interactive home page.

The brand has had a big impact on existing clients and already attracted new business. The first Organisation Effectiveness Journal has been published and well received.
