ARS Patent are intellectual property lawyers who are leaders at the forefront of Russian and the former Soviet Union’s emerging markets.
Established in 1993, ARS-Patent & Trademark is one of the leading Intellectual Property (IP) law firms in Russia, providing the full range of IP services for the registration, commercialisation and protection of clients critical IP assets.
The growth in trademarks, patents and IP law has increased dramatically as the former Soviet Union markets have matured.
They are a truly Russian IP law firm. They now have a team of over 60 professionals, including 17 Patent and Trademark attorneys, operating from two offices in Russia, in St Petersburg and Moscow. Long-standing clients include renowned Russian and International companies, public institutions and cultural organisations.
ARS Patent approached Peek to help them with their web and online presence. The projects included the development of Russian and English language websites. Copywriting was delivered to encapsulate the ARS Patent offer and philosophy of providing the best in personalised client service. New photography was produced locally to the brief that Peek developed to reflect the approachability of the firm.
Starting as a three-person partnership, ARS Patent & Trademark has enjoyed continued growth and success over the last 20 years. Their reputation for taking a practical approach to achieving our clients’ goals has meant that we are consistently ranked in the top positions for IP law firms. The site included critical information on the various types of IP law, securing IP protection, and the benefits of working with ARS Patent.
