Beaphar develops products to nurture, treat, feed and care for your pet. Established in 1943 by an entrepreneur named Bernard Aa, their trend-setting development, production and marketing organisation is still family-owned, and still passionate about pets. They wanted to understand the opportunities that social media marketing could present.

Firstly we explored the Digital Marketing Strategy that Beaphar wanted to adopt and explained how to develop a successful budget plan and measure the ROI for digital activities undertaken against this strategy.
We introduced the team to the core principles and purpose of digital marketing. Giving them a clear set of actionable business objectives for their digital marketing plan. This explored ways to connect to their customers and the wider public. We then explored with them the use of persona-oriented content marketing strategies across the different social media channels. This was aligned with the customer journey and marketing strategy.
