Sheridan’s have been in the property industry for over 30 years. The company was established by Nick Sheridan. This year they introduced Chartered Surveying services to both residential and commercial clients complementing their existing services.

Locating Sheridan’s estate agent branding in the right place

Sheridan’s wanted a complete makeover. New brand, new shop front, new signage and of course a sparkling new website. The objective was to reflect the modern thinking business ethos in the outward facing marketing and collateral. The challenges included choosing a colour palette that worked across both digital, screen printing and newspaper printing.

Location, location, location

We created a new brand identity that incorporated a striking and easily identifiable Sheridan’s map pin. Perfect for an estate agent as it’s all about location, location, location. This key element of the brand pulled all the collateral together. The new boards outside the properties are easy to read and recognisable from even the slightest glimpse as you pass. The new shop front and interior have brought fresh colours and a strong presence in the High Street. The new website integrates with the DezRez (software that estate agents use to manage their property details internally) and visitors can search for sales or lettings directly on the website and make an enquiry seamlessly from their PC, laptop, mobile or tablet.

Within one hour of the site going live the first sales enquiry pinged in on the email. The site was officially launched during the grand opening of the new look office and traffic spiked that day to over 400 times the number of previous visitors.
