At a time of growth and change Webtec were looking to streamline their brand globally and integrate new marketing channels into the mix.
Taking on social media
Following a Brand & Marketing Workshop, Webtec appointed Peek to support their internal marketing and design team activities,
We began with looking at the key social media channels and how they could support the marketing objectives. YouTube, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram were the main front runners.
Once the objective of each channel had been agreed Peek spent time each week training the staff on the software required. This enabled the team to continue the ongoing marketing communications. We created a weekly and monthly planner for each channel so that the internal team had a clear directive on what content to create, post and respond too, well in advance, streamlining the transition and the ongoing activities.
The Webtec team provided a wealth of knowledge and support materials for their distributors and customers and a business blog was chosen as the ideal channel to collate this information. The blog was designed and built on WordPress by Peek in English, French, Spanish, German and Chinese.
One of the key areas of digital marketing that Webtec invested in was SEO and Adwords. Peek took the reins on both of these areas refining campaigns on Google, reducing advertising expenditure and increasing results.
